Senior diplomats of North Korea and Singapore met in Pyongyang two days ago and called for the development of “friendly and cooperative relations” between the two countries.
Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan met with his DPRK counterpart Choe Son Hui and discussed strengthening bilateral ties through closer ministerial cooperation in regional and international issues.
