The commercial terms governing subscriptions to mentors, paid content access, renewal, refunds, cancellation, mentor content rights and disputes.
Subscription scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern subscriptions to mentors on Slice and supplement the Terms of Use.
A subscription grants access to posts and interactions offered by a mentor through the platform.
Orders, price and renewal
Users choose the mentor and subscription plan before validating the order. Prices are shown on Slice before payment and may include processing fees.
Plans may include monthly billing, commitment periods, automatic renewal and cancellation taking effect at the end of the relevant commitment period.
Access to paid content
Paid content is accessible only after subscription. Mentors remain responsible for the content they publish and do not guarantee a minimum publication frequency.
Failure to pay amounts due may suspend access until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Right of withdrawal, refunds and cancellation
When users request immediate access to paid content, they acknowledge that access starts immediately and may waive withdrawal rights according to applicable law.
Refund and cancellation rules depend on the selected plan, commitment and applicable legal requirements.
Content ownership and confidentiality
Mentor content remains protected by copyright. Subscribers receive a personal right to view content and may not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt or publicly share it.
Unauthorized sharing may lead to account suspension, deletion, legal action and removal requests on third-party platforms.
Investment risk and no performance guarantee
Mentors do not guarantee investment performance. Financial markets are volatile and involve significant risks, including loss of capital.
Users remain responsible for their own due diligence and investment decisions.
Validity, changes and disputes
The terms applicable are those in force at the time of the order and may be updated for future orders.
Complaints may be sent to Slice customer service. Users may use mediation or competent courts under applicable law when disputes are not settled amicably.
