Purpose and acceptance
These conditions govern the use of the Slice website, platform and services. Accessing Slice implies acceptance of the current Terms of Use.
Slice provides public discovery of mentors, public posts and account-based access to member services.
Legal notice and access
Slice AT is registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number 914 735 675, with registered office at 10 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, Boulogne-Billancourt.
The platform may be interrupted for maintenance or operational reasons. Member services require account credentials.
Data, cookies and account deletion
Account creation requires personal information processed according to privacy regulations. Users may access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their personal data.
Cookies may be used to improve navigation. Users may delete their account in the app from Settings, Privacy, Delete Account, and may export data from Settings, Privacy, Export Data.
Intellectual property and user publications
Slice trademarks, logos, texts, illustrations and content are protected by intellectual property rules. Reproduction requires authorization.
Members remain responsible for their publications and must respect legal rules and netiquette. Slice may moderate, delete or modify user content.
No investment advice and liability
Slice and its mentors do not provide investment advice and do not recommend the purchase, sale or retention of financial products.
Trading and investing involve risk, including loss of capital. Users should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Moderation and abuse reporting
Users can report content that may violate Slice rules, including harassment, illegal content, hate speech, spam or harmful activity.
Slice may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts or cooperate with authorities when required by applicable law.
