Gold and silver are breaking down, and the miners are where you can see it clearly.
GDXU, the leveraged miner fund, has broken under its key moving averages. That's the tell. When the leveraged vehicle goes first, it isn't the metal being repriced. It's the leverage coming out.
Gold has seen a large speculative buildup over the past few weeks. Negative momentum flushes that out, and it's flushing now. The paper is unwinding, and it can move a lot further and faster than anyone expects, because leveraged positions don't get sold gradually.
None of that breaks the thesis. Central banks are still buying. The debt is still $40 trillion. Every road out of this still runs through more money getting created. The case for owning gold over the next few years hasn't changed at all this week.
What changed is that gold is trading as a momentum position right now instead of a monetary one, and momentum is going the wrong way.
The levels worth writing down are $4,000 on gold and $60 on silver. That's whe
I talked about Vilas Transcore Ltd below at 352.
It is still there ...
But I just visited AI Concall summary and am delighted to know they have expanded capacity by 3x and also started new products.

Apart from that what catch my eye was in point 2. and part C,
they say , C) HV Bushings – new entity (noteworthy strategic move)
- Announced incorporation of a new entity to manufacture HV bushings 12 kV to 400 kV.
- Vilas Transcore will hold 25% initially; rationale:
- It is “strategically… a R&D project” and management did not want early-stage R&D losses to “impact on the balance sheet for the 1 or 2-year.”
- Separate entity also enables potential JV/technology transfer: “we are discussing with two or three companies for the joint venture or technology transfer.”
- Near-term plan/capex:
- OIP bushing up to 145 kV targeted first.
- Capex ~INR10 crores in FY27 for R&D/test labs; using a “readymade building” on rent.
- RIP/RIS: paralle
Reduce Hedge Short By 50%
The way this daily LMACD looks tends to suggest we get one more move up at minimum
I think today closes here or lower due to the monthly , but then the rest of the week we get the last move of this rally.
The top of this short could be the biggest short trade of my career.
Will continue to monitor. I just closed 50% of my hedge short for most meager profits. The profit will cover any loss I incur if the rest of the position gets stopped out
it will allow me to lose no money and take the short higher if we get there. Leaving it, yet having the cost covered lets me not care about if it gets stopped or not/
These are some of the way I manage my positions to reduce my own stress levels or avoid losses
SPY + QQQ — Key Dealer Gamma Levels
The options structure is worth watching closely here because SPY and QQQ are currently sitting in slightly different regimes. These levels are model-derived estimates of dealer positioning rather than exchange-published positions.
SPY
770 — Call Wall
This is the major near-term upside gamma concentration. It can act as a magnet or resistance/pinning zone.
Importantly, it is sitting almost directly alongside the gamma-neutral area, making 770–772 particularly important.
771–772 — Gamma Flip / Neutral Zone
This is the approximate point where dealer positioning changes regime.
Above this area → dealers move into positive gamma, where hedging generally suppresses volatility and dampens market moves.
Below this area → dealers remain negative gamma, where hedging can amplify moves in either direction.
SPY is currently below this level and therefore remains in a negative-gamma regime.
765 — First Put Wall
This is the first major downside options concentration.

Global South — alternative financial systems
- BRICS cross-border payments — the move toward interoperable payment arrangements and bilateral local-currency settlement rather than routing every transaction through dollar infrastructure.
- China's CIPS expansion — CIPS is becoming an increasingly important RMB-based alternative for cross-border payments, particularly across China's trade relationships with sanctioned and emerging economies.
- PAPSS in Africa — the Pan-African Payment and Settlement System is creating an African payments layer allowing intra-African trade to settle in local currencies rather than defaulting to dollars.
- India's UPI becoming an international payments network — India's domestic instant-payment infrastructure is increasingly being connected with foreign payment systems, creating a potential Global South payments bridge.
- India's local-currency settlement architecture — New Delhi is building mechanisms allowing more bilateral trade to be invoiced and settled directly in
