Raising Rs 50.77cr: 9.7cr is OFS, ~31cr is for working capital and rest for listing purpose
Business: 55% business is from supply to Govt Departments (Police) and Forensic Labs & Institutes. 45% to other Suppliers from different states who procure from KWICK to supply to Govt Departments
Valuation: At Rs90 it shall be trading at 14x on TTM basis
