A while ago, I wrote a thesis on why $INJ could become one of the most bullish altcoins for 2027–2028 . The reason is simple. The circulating supply of $INJ is now below 100 million tokens and continues to shrink through a buyback & burn mechanism funded by protocol fees. That means the supply keeps decreasing over time. If demand continues to grow while supply keeps falling, the valuation has the potential to increase as well. That’s why, if $BTC gives us one more major correction later this year, I’ll see it as an opportunity to accumulate $INJ on spot. My plan? Hold $INJ until mid-2027 or late 2027. Hopefully, this old thesis proves right once again.

Since not many people are talking about this on X, here’s a quick take on $USDT.D . What happens to altcoins if $USDT.D breaks down this July? A falling $USDT.D usually means capital is rotating out of stablecoins and back into risk assets. If that happens: • Altcoins could start outperforming BTC. • Altseason may begin to take shape if BTC remains stable. • Many quality altcoins that have been accumulating could see strong upside. And one more thing… Don’t forget to take profits on your winning positions before the end of the month.

SPX Micro-EW Alternatives · SPX is similar to ES, but I show a bit more detail. · Both orange and black bullish triangles are possible. · The key detail is a small sub-micro triangle, developed on 7/15016, for micro-B. · This precludes any impulsive option down from the 7/10 high, e.g., from red circle-ii. · Only the red diagonal remains as an option for red (i), which is somewhat early to bet on. · That red diagonal could also fit into an expanded flat for green circle-ii or blue circle-iv. · There is also an alternate bearish triangle (not shown) still in progress for wave (b), from which wave (c) down would fit green circle-ii or blue circle-iv. · Since assuming the red triangle is premature now, triangle options become more likely, and the red count is less likely.

SPX Large Degree Elliott Wave Counts Let me share the big degree EW count options for the benefit of new subscribers. The brown count corresponds to an ending diagonal for circle-5 (Primary-5). The completion of circle-5 will correspond to the completion of super-cycle degree (III). This would be a big milestone, as (III) lasted about 100 years. The black count is an impulsive version of circle-5. The green count is a sub-variant of the black one, which allows wave (5) to be more proportionate to wave (1). Green (5) can extend into 2027-28; as you might remember from my cycle discussions, I expect a positive market in 2027.

The AI hardware trade is cracking hard this morning, and it's worth understanding what actually set it off, because it isn't just profit-taking. The trigger came out of China. A company called Moonshot released a new model, Kimi K3, and it's the largest open-source model ever built. It rivals the top US systems, and it's open, meaning anyone can use it. This is the same fear that hit the market with DeepSeek earlier, and it keeps coming back for a reason. The whole US AI and chip trade is priced on the assumption that we stay far ahead. Every time China closes the gap and drives the cost of these models down, that assumption takes a hit. And it's not just the model side. And it flows straight into the chips, because if the hyperscalers build their own, they need fewer of Nvidia's over time. You can see it in Nvidia this morning, falling through its 8 and 20-day. The United States has made an enormous financial bet on AI. This is a build-your-economy-around-one-thing event, closer to a wartime industrial push than a normal tech cycle. Trillions in capital, the biggest companies in the country, and a huge share of the market's gains are all riding on the same trade. So when China keeps closing the gap, the question isn't just whether Nvidia is expensive. It's whether the premium the whole country is paying for AI leadership still makes sense. None of this means the story is over. It means the market is being forced to ask a question it had been ignoring, and that's what a real stress test looks like. Watch how the mega caps hold up here, because that's where this either stabilizes or spreads.

Update on the OBV lesson A good example of how the bearish OBV divergence played out. Obviously you don't know how long the line is going to be but you could see how it chugged along higher while the OBV started grinding lower. When OBV is a leading indicator (volume based) you start to notice that people were taking profits and volume started coming down as price pushed up higher. Divergences are usually better for taking profits than shorting because of the timing The hardest part about shorts is how exact the timing has to be but when you notice a divergence you can start having a sense of where to take some profits. As you can see sometimes the length of them are longer but eventually price likes to catch up with OBV. Now we also get to see what happens when OBV is starting to show a breakdown while price hasn't quite down that yet. It can snap back into the range but it's a good chart to watch for lessons rather than try to actually take.

My latest thoughts on the developing Iran-US confrontation The US military attack to an Iran empty tanker deep inside the Persian gulf en route to Kharg island signals a major shift in tactic. While before the blockade was more “conventional”, now it seems they will close access to Iranian ports. During the first blockade Iran has effectively used empty tankers to continue its crude oil production, the reason why was able to export ~80m barrels quickly. But now Iran will have many tankers in the Indian Ocean that cannot come back and those still inside might be actively precluded to be used as floating storage accelerating the timeline of production shut ins. The plan is to deliver a faster economic blow than what it was done in the previous round. So far today Iran hasn’t made any retaliatory move against this change of posture.
