One of the few names on our LaunchPad this morning that isn't an energy stock is Maximus (MMS). Maximus is a government services company. It runs health and human services programs for federal and state agencies. Not a name a lot of people follow. The setup is pretty clean. The 8-day is about to cross the 20-day. On the weekly, this is sitting on a level that has held in previous years. There was support around 54 going back to 2022, and even in the COVID lows it only dipped below that level briefly. The stock has been beaten down and is trying to work its way back to equilibrium. If it gets back to where it broke down from in March, around 72.50, that's a 25% move from here. The risk and reward is there. You could buy shares at market, around 57.65. Set your stop down around 52.50, just under the recent low at 52.73. That's about a 9% stop. Defined risk, and a move that's worth it if it makes it. If you don't want to risk the full 9%, this has almost a $2 ATR, so you could set your ... see more

Let me tell you something... Splitting of Face Value- FV....is never a good idea. Why? Because it will increase the liquidity. Why increasing liquidity is bad? Because the stock moved on demand and supply. Demand means buying and supply means selling. Now if there are more seller then buyers , tell me how stock will move up? When there will abandon of supply , how will the stock move up? For anything to move up, be it Crude, Gold, Silver, Copper, Stock shares, the supply needs to be Less and demand should be more then only stock price or any commodities price will go up!! This is a very simple common sense thing to understand. Suppose, Co decide to split share FV from 10 to 5, means, now liquidity has doubled... Split to Fv 10 to FV 2, liquidity went up, 5 times, FV 10 to FV 1, liquidity went up by 10 times. These all splitting is nothing but increasing liquidity which actually hinders price going up.. China took another step in its long-running strategy to internationalise the yuan and strengthen Hong Kong as an offshore RMB financial hub Expansion of yuan liquidity support to Hong Kong China and Hong Kong increased the RMB liquidity facility available through the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA): * Previous size: 200 billion yuan * New size: 500 billion yuan This facility allows Hong Kong banks and financial institutions to access offshore yuan liquidity more easily. This is significant because: It makes the offshore yuan market deeper and more reliable. It reduces concerns that investors may struggle to obtain yuan during periods of market stress.
