I am looking for DXY to hit around 103.300 on Friday as a trigger to take profits across the board. This is a textbook parabolic structure as you can see by the bases being built and the parabolic curve. Now we go for wave 5 which is usually the sharpest impulse.

The Fib time pivot is lining up for a major risk off move this week and the 1.618 extension is the measured move from the A wave that caused disaster back in March.

I have a feeling this deleveraging event will be so violent that it will take many by surprise and make August 2024 look like childs play.

The market is so much more fragile at this point in the cycle and nobody is interested in protection judging from VIX + VIX curve. These are the perfect ingredients for a liquidation cascade down in risk assets.

NDX Cycle Price Targets

·         NDX generated a preliminary 10D cycle target shown below, which will be almost surely confirmed on Monday, barring a>200 close down on Monday.

·         Moreover, this target could survive a multi-day pullback.

·         NDX has also generated a preliminary 40D cycle upside target that can be confirmed even with sideways/pullback price action next week.

·         If confirmed, the cycle target may or may not extend to a new high, depending on if/where the right FLD boundary is crossed.

·         There is a possibility that an 80D cycle upside target may be generated in a week or so. TBD. Will re-examine that in a week.

·         Higher targets for cycles longer than nominal 20W cycle are not possible in the foreseeable future.

·         This is consistent with L+VL cycles in down-phases as indicated by time cycle analysis.

·         This is also consistent with my general observation that short cycles, plus possibly an 80D long cycle, may be driving the summer

The crypto market is evolving.

It's currently showing a bullish divergence on the 1D-3D timeframes, a signal that often appears before a trend reversal.

If $BTC can maintain its momentum and close the next 1–2 weeks in the green, I believe $SUI has the potential to move toward the $1.00–$1.30 range as its first target.

Let me explain my thesis a bit. These altcoins are showing chart structures that are very similar to $AERO before its recent breakout.

1. $AERO, $WLD, and $FET share a similar setup.

$AERO has several strong bullish catalysts:

• Nearly 200M $AERO has been bought back and locked through various programs.
• No more token unlocks.
• Staking continues to increase.
• TVL and user activity are growing.

These are some of the reasons why $AERO has been outperforming, and I believe it still has room to move higher, with $0.80 as a potential target.

2. Bullish News for $WLD

Starting July 24, 2026, the daily $WLD token unlock will be reduced by 43%, significantly lowering potential sell pressure.

That means fewer tokens entering circulation. If demand remains strong while $WLD is trading around its buy support, this could become a strong bullish catalyst going forward.

3. $FET

$FET is also showing a similar chart structure and continues to expand its AI Agent ecosystem.

The fundamentals are also improving. SEI is expanding its ecosystem through a collaboration with @Mastercard to introduce a payment card featuring the SEI brand, a move that could help drive real-world adoption.

Is it too late to buy?

I don’t think so. Gradual accumulation (DCA) still makes sense, as $SEI hasn’t had a major breakout yet.

If $BTC starts to reverse and altcoin momentum returns, $SEI could be one of the tokens that benefits the most.
