I am looking for DXY to hit around 103.300 on Friday as a trigger to take profits across the board. This is a textbook parabolic structure as you can see by the bases being built and the parabolic curve. Now we go for wave 5 which is usually the sharpest impulse. The Fib time pivot is lining up for a major risk off move this week and the 1.618 extension is the measured move from the A wave that caused disaster back in March. I have a feeling this deleveraging event will be so violent that it will take many by surprise and make August 2024 look like childs play. The market is so much more fragile at this point in the cycle and nobody is interested in protection judging from VIX + VIX curve. These are the perfect ingredients for a liquidation cascade down in risk assets.

NDX Cycle Price Targets · NDX generated a preliminary 10D cycle target shown below, which will be almost surely confirmed on Monday, barring a>200 close down on Monday. · Moreover, this target could survive a multi-day pullback. · NDX has also generated a preliminary 40D cycle upside target that can be confirmed even with sideways/pullback price action next week. · If confirmed, the cycle target may or may not extend to a new high, depending on if/where the right FLD boundary is crossed. · There is a possibility that an 80D cycle upside target may be generated in a week or so. I’ll take a small one at this low timeframe local higher high if we get it and add closer to $65K at the upper BB on daily and 4H Daily RSI looking solid here as well if we make a higher high on the RSI I see Bump and Run bottom potential and a small inverse head and shoulders on the daily I see $67K next Again I do not think this is the bottom but it’s time to take a long here as the setup is unusually bullish Might be worth a small DCA type buy for anyone scared to miss a bottom just so you have slight peace of mind Sometimes FOMO is harder to deal with than losing money
