Lesson: How to Use Cycle Price Targets There are two main ways to use cycle price targets: 1. When a cycle target is reached, look for a trend reversal; and 2. When a cycle target is generated, consider adding to your position and plan a possible trade exit point. We will use the Ethereum weekly chart below to explain the uses of cycle price targets. Lesson – Cycle Price Projection Method Using FLDs Today, using Bitcoin as an example, I will explain the cycle-based price projection method. In cycle literature, the method is referred to as price projections using the forward line of demarcation (FLD). Definitions: - Cycle period = time distance between cycle troughs; - Forward line of demarcation (FLD) = Price shifted by half the cycle period; - Cyan line = median of the price bar; - TD = trading day; - CD = calendar day; In this example, the FLD band is constructed by offsetting the median price by TD=7 and TD=8 TDs, which correspond to CD=9 and CD=10 CDs for the nominal 20D cycle that is presumed to vary between 19 and 20 CDs. We're coming in lower, and it's broader than it's been all week. Earlier this week the selling was just the AI names. The chips got hit, but money rotated into everything else and the market held up fine. Overnight, that changed. This morning it's most of the board. The average stock is lower, and about the only green left is energy, with oil up on the Iran headlines, plus a few defensive names. The bigger trend still hasn't broken, though. The longer-term picture on the S&P and small caps is pointed up, and the Nasdaq's roughly flat. What rolled over is the short-term momentum, and it rolled hard. So this is a real pullback inside an uptrend that's still standing. Not a breakdown, at least not yet. Small caps are holding up best this morning, so this isn't a full run for the exits. ECB President Lagarde says the RMB is 15-16% undervalued. In reality it should be around 3 to the dollar or even lower. Of course China hugely manipulates the price against the dollar to keep the Yuan weaker. As ever this is not investment advice because I am not allowed to provide it but I recently bought Yuan currency at 6.81. That is not a subtle hint either. I am just diversifying some FIAT out of Euros and Pounds. If I could I would buy Rubles too but whilst that is possible via Kazakhstan it would place me in the crosshairs of being sanctioned which would be a nightmare.

The more feedback and information I can get the more polished of a guide I can make. Sharks Stock Trader This one has been doing really well for individual stocks. It's actually even done a better job the past few days than the SPY trader just because of the dynamic price targets. Right now TSLA seems to be the best stock to use it on as it's 8/8 on signals with no confusion and clear price entries and exits. Makes me confident that it could actually be used for agentic trading but I'd love to get some data on some bad days to make it better but so far haven't seen it yet. On the 1W timeframe , $PEPE is approaching a key Fair Value Gap (FVG) while also forming a falling wedge pattern. If $PEPE reaches its lower support around the same time that $BTC and $ETH establish their bottoms, it could become an ideal area for a strong bounce or even a potential trend reversal from bearish to bullish.
