1. $SOFI $15.77 — cleanest setup. CEO Noto made repeated open-market buys in 2026 totaling $2.2M+ (March, May, June), with zero insider selling in six months. Textbook base: the $14.88 floor has held three times since May under a $19–20 ceiling. Fundamentals inflecting — record revenue +43%, net income doubled, 14.7M members. Slightly above the $4–10 sweet spot, but the insider + base + inflection combo is the strongest in the screen.

2. $NOK $10.60 — strong insider leg, weaker chart. Real cluster: the board chair bought €1.5M across three discretionary purchases, and five insiders bought $2.2M into the July drawdown. Zero sales since April. Q2 brought record €2.8B in AI/cloud orders. Caveat: it's mid-range after a 116% year, not basing near lows — the base is still forming.

3. $KEEL $3.62 — purest insider signal, highest risk. The renamed Bitfarms. CEO + COO made $525K of discretionary open-market buys in a single week in August, right after the Q2-miss selloff. Zero insider sales. Basing in the low $3s, 51% off highs. But it's a pre-revenue AI-data-center pivot from a Bitcoin miner with heavy burn and a $458M convertible overhang. Insider leg is real; everything else is faith.

  1. $SOUN $5.84 . Best fundamentals of the washed-out — revenue +45%, guidance raised, LivePerson closed. But zero insider buys in a year while the CEO sold $2.7M. No insider leg, no Stine setup. It only enters if a Form 4 cluster appears.
