Commentary on the Clarity Act, Irony (Eye-rony), and the Eye of Horus (lol)

When reading this X post I just did. Try to think of it from the lens of this not being the market cycle top but still a very meaningful top/pivot moment

tops are regime changes

this very well could be

and that comes with a new way of thinking and behaving

will go from HODL

to I TODL you so

I think I need to have that trademark that

I want to keep reminding everyone that although I speak with confidence and the narrative/story/sentiment I am explaining fits the technicals and market moment, I very well could be wrong

I could make a fool out of myself

that's okay. because that's markets and I will take the data and learn and improve

plus, I've got a lot of how we even got to this point right

but, this Clarity Act has everyone once again tinking new paradigm. The idea behind it does feel like that.

But crypto is mostly useless still. The risk across the global economy and geopolitical landscape is far too great at the moment

There isn't a reason for capital to flow to crypto, even if there are suddenly guardrails in place

think of this analogy. there is a dangerous road to a horrible destination

guardrails are added

the destination still isn't worth driving to

that's the Clarity Act

these assets aren't worth speculating over. AI is. Space is/ Etc.

the focus is on commodities because of war

the stock market overvaluved more than the doc com bubble and 1929

the sunspot cycle is at its solar cycle peak.

astrological alignment

The Fourth Turning vibes

Fed can't raise rates or lower them anymore

Elliott Wave counts

The Clarity Act doesn't make crypto worth owning or give it utility enough for anyone to care that guardrails are there

it's an exit pump, and any unloading IMO is being used for liquidity

if this were legitimately going to blow alts out of the water, they'd already have gone up 500% because smart money front runs. They dont' wait for the news to be out there and retail makes the money.

and retail def doesn't buy bottoms or bear market lows

so this is a perfect storm for the most contrarian offside move in crypto history at an ironic moment of the "Clarity Act"

everyone is going to look so foolish, except all of us here

do I get to act a little grandiose then? lol

here is the X post:

this moment will go down in history as the most symbolically ironic situation the cryptocurrency market and Bitcoin have ever seen

The Clarity Act

according to Merriam Webster, clarity is defined as

the quality of being clear: such as

: the quality of being easily understood

: the state of having a full, detailed, and orderly mental grasp of something

: the quality of being easily seen or heard

: the quality of being easily seen through

meanwhile, there's less clarity among the crypto industry right now than ever before

the crowd yet again is getting caught up in some "new paradigm" moment that doesn't truly matter

price pumping BEFORE the news should tell you how this goes down (figuratively and literally)

the crowd is blind to reality here

even if this Clarity Act passes, okay – sure, it provides the guardrails and guidance the industry has been waiting for

but true clarity is this:

in what way does The Clarity Act change the value proposition around the crypto market?

in what way does The Clarity Act remove the insane amount of bag holders from the altcoin space?

in what way does it suddenly give altcoins utility?

aside from potential regulatory risk, in what way does The Clarity Act remove the external risk factors such as:

extreme stock market and housing overvaluation
inflation
war
credit/debt stress
oil poised to rise
etc.

i am pretty sure that this "Clarity Act" is preventing you from true CLARITY and cloud your ability to ACT accordingly

think about the past new paradigm moments?

Trump election/Bitcoin strategic reserves
Coinbase on Nasdaq
CBOE/CME Futures launch
Facebook Libra/Bakkt (lmafo)

none of those mattered, all of them were buy the rumor, sell the news moments

crypto and even Bitcoin still is but a sliver of the financial system. yes, it can potentially replace the existing financial system some day. at the moment, there's a 1:1,000,000 ratio. the current system would crush crypto and Bitcoin if gently placed on top of them

if the existing financial system comes crashing down instead, do you think the immature, foundation-less, scam-filled, current form of crypto can handle that?

or perhaps crypto needs to come down too, like the dot com bubble took everything with it, so that the foundation can grow to actually become the new financial system

but realistically, ask yourself – is crypto or even Bitcoin ready to become the entire financial system?

or is it far too riddled with speculation, unproven-ness, scams, false beliefs, false narratives, old tired and dead narratives, etc.

when there is clarity around what all of these assets will ultimately be and what their place is in the financial system, The Clarity Act will matter

until then, i will observe the outcome of this Clarity Act with open eyes and an open-mind

can you say the same?

what if the music is about to stop? and the cycle is turning from secular bull to secular bear – and that is not yet clear?

but it could be after this next act
