Here is some highlights -
- As per feedback, they are using Sulzer Technology for which they are not paying any Royalty or Technical Fees. They have got access to the technology almost a decade ago.
- They aren't eligible to claim carbon credit. Those who buy their products are eligible for Govt subsidy @ 15% + carbon credit. Their products are engineering product which generates biogas from agri wastes. Their plant (product) are sold @ ₹ 4 Cr per ton per day. Minimum product size is of 3 tonnes i.e value of ₹ 12 Cr. Thermax is one of their competitors. Recently they got an order from Narmada Sugar (MP based listed company).
- They do installation and fabrication at clients places. All procurements are delivered at client's site.
Point to be noted are according to me--
Their product is in competition with Thermax, the Giant...good value.
Each order should be min of Rs 12 Cr, that is again good value...
