Start collecting list of companies with 20% circuit limit.
If there is anything positive on 1st Feb Budget wrt to STT/STCG/LTCG then lot of quality SME/microcap companies may hit upper circuits. so its better to have companies in radar with 20% Upper Circuit rather than companies with 2% or 5% circuit limit
