Le Lavoir Limited CONTRACT WITH SAHARA HOSPITALITY LIMITED FOR PROVIDING LAUNDRY SERVICES Le Lavoir Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal agreement with Sahara Hospitality Limited to provide comprehensive laundry services for Hotel Sahara Star, Vile Parle, next to Mumbai Domestic Airport Terminal. The contract outlines Le Lavoir Ltd.’s commitment to handling the hotel’s linen, uniforms, and dry-cleaning needs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service for the next two years, with an option for renewal. The agreement is effective till October 2026, includes terms for guest laundry services as well. Under the terms, Le Lavoir Ltd will provide for laundry services and dry cleaning, with annual rate escalations set at 6%. Furthermore, Le Lavoir Ltd will assist in procurement of linen for the hotel. As a mark of achievement, Mr. Ashok Dilipkumar Jain (alias Dr. Ashok Kumar Jain), Chairman of the Company said, "Our recent agreement with Sahara Hospitality Limited to provide laundry services for Hotel Sahara Star is a testament of our ability to deliver world-class service at scale. This collaboration, which includes providing linen, uniform laundry, and dry cleaning, showcases Le Lavoir's expertise and capacity to meet the high standards of one of Mumbai's premier hotels. In addition, we offer flexible financial terms and are always willing to support our clients' specific operational needs. Our recent fund-raising plan will enable Le Lavoir to raise ₹100 cr over the next 18 months and set up 14 more units (other than the Mumbai Laundry unit in Chandivali, Andheri East) on a pan India basis, each with a capacity of at least 11 tons per day, thereby giving us a total installed capacity of nearly 165 tons per day across the country. This will enable Le Lavoir to become the only Listed as well as largest pan India Laundry Services provider across India with presence in 15 locations in total." He further added, "At Le Lavoir, we take pride in not only delivering premium laundry services but also advancing sustainability in the hospitality industry. Our use of energy-efficient machines, ecofriendly Diversey products to clean clothes, and water-saving technologies ensures that we reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This agreement reinforces Le Lavoir's position as a trusted provider of laundry services in the hospitality sector. By aligning with Hotel Sahara Star, one of Mumbai’s most renowned hotels, Le Lavoir Limited is dedicated to supporting the hotel’s operational excellence and enhancing its guest experience".
