I gave a call of Jyoti Ltd on Twitter on 22nd June 2024 , at Rs 70.40 In this carnage, who bought Jyoti Ltd at that price is not in Loss!! Jyoti Ltd : CMP : Rs 70.40 1. Decades old Co. 2. In Water/ Sewerage, Power sector. 3. In Thermal, Hydel, Nuclear and Solar Projects. 4. Manf SwitchGear. Seperate Div for that. 5. Manf Pumps of diff kind. 6. Manf Electronics &Control System( Relay Division ). 7. Manf Rotating Electrical Machines. 8. Manf biggest width height of Pumps. 9. In Naval And Marine. 10. Had debt but taken care of. Do your own DD. 11. Excellent results. 12. Co has turned around big with Sales and Np both up. Just don't read. Check yourself the Mar results!! One can't get a stock which is in so many sectors. Keep counting the sectors. Again like many of my pick, Jyoti Ltd is not discussed till now by anyone here. Take your call. Do your DD. 10:16 AM · Jun 22, 2024 I have discussed why I liked Jyoti Ltd. Read my points and everything 3-4 times. I don't use Cash Flow, CAGR, EBIDTA,ROE,RONW, MOAT,SWOAT,RSI etc anywhere anytime... I will post more post on Jyoti Ltd , how much I discussed at twitter. Ofcourse that will be copy paste. But u will be able to see, how much info I extract from Media. I has many arguements , why I picked Jyoti Ltd with so much of Debt. I also picked even after two HNIs sold out all Jyoti Ltd. Dipak Kanayalal Shah and Sharad Kanayalal Shah , these are two HNIs who sold out around 70 and I still dared to give a call on Jyoti Ltd. I hope you all can understand why I am discussing here now my old call. Because it is now worth a look!! Because it went up to 165 and came back again to my discussed Level. I have not to write that , you need to read announcement of last 12 months for orders info. And go and Read AR, the Dir/CM statement and management Discussion and analysis.... Friends, I do all these....so if u want to create more conviction, you ought to do the what I said. Don;t ask me, Sir, but Jyoti Ltd has 115 Cr debt default. It is there and so Jyoti Ltd is available at 70-75. If there is no debt, you will have to buy Jyoti Ltd at 700!! So learn that from me.....Negative hai isliye sasta mil raha hai....
