I am posting one post from X on Jubilant Ind Ltd , now Jubilant Agri . I have discussed what need to be seen to buy a stock, when someone asked me what growth driver I see. Vikram @vikramvbhor Sir , do you see any growth drivers in recent times like capex/export etc ? the sales over the period looks bit decreasing/or stagnant and has less OPM , so shouldnt there be some triggers to increase topline and hence right time to invest ? Apart from sales / Mcap ratio, whoever is buying is getting a profit making Co and not a rundown Co. 3). He is also buying a Co who is market leader in many products in world and in India. Just go to the website and have a look for confirm. 4) cont.. 4) Promoters increasing stake from 68% to 75% through convertible warrants at price higher then the THEN prevailing price , 135.50 , when Jubilant Ind was at 100 or below, shows the confidence of promoters in their Co. Here the promo stake was already 68% cont.. Cont.. So no need to increase stake but still they did. As I have posted here, in reply , Co has paid 50Cr in debt out of 199 Cr. 5). Now we talk on growth and Capex. The Co has got young management of the promoters given reins to run it. As Jubilant Ind is a market leader cont As Jubilant is market leader in many product in India and world, what needed is awareness, more advertisement and distribution center. Remember after Pidelite's FEVICOL, comes 2nd is Jivanjor. What needed is distribution and ad which they have been doing late very well On the top of that, the Int outgo will be saved with DEBT being paid, bottomline will go up. 6) When Jubilant Ind was making LOSS, it touched 412... do the math when it has started making profit! But, Conviction comes from within. Noone can buy stock on other conviction!
