GE Power India Ltd share holder will get JSW Energy Ltd shares too at Ratio 10:139... Means someone holding 1390 sharea of GE Power India Ltd will get 100 shares of JSW ENERGY ltd, Free!! The Record Date has still not declared so even now if U buy GE Power, you will get JSW ENERGY shares.... My interpretation..... I may be wrong....
