Arnab 12 minutes ago Sir, one genuine question I have as a small retail investor - 1. Over the long run say 5-10 years, what is the average portfolio CAGR we should be targeting? 2. And what percentage of our income should we put to stocks? My Reply- Everyone Read 3-4 times.... The question of this type arise because you want to find a Formula for a Confirm Multibagger. Ye dekh lo phir 50X pakka....but can anyone know what will be CAGR of any Co down the line that too for 10 yrs? So the question is wrong and that happened because of the above reason.... You don't have patience....Need to have that.... Stock goes up on performance, and that performance No One can predict for any Co... Those who do, I salute them.... Percentage of Income- well, there is no answer for his first question so no answer for 2 nd question too... But I have said many time, STOCK WHICH NEVER GIVE YOU LOSS IS YOUR BEST PICK... Haven't I said that so many times? You don't believe in that? Isn't that a common sense thing to understand, that stock which never gives you Loss is your Best pick? Then the 2nd question answer u get here....Put more money where the stock has not given u Loss atall... .Now this is just a WAY....It is not a FORMULA....that it can never FAIL...
