Well, the merged entity of Jubilant Ind Ltd, with a new name, Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products Ltd

was listed yesterday at 1510!!

And Co also declared results of Mar'24 as well as Sep'24 , as Sep'24 results was not declared due to merger.

The Dec'24 results was fantastic with 22 Cr as Np compare to 20 Cr Loss Last year same time. Eps 14.29

The Sep'24 results were equally good with 25 CR as Np compare to only 9 Cr Np same period last year. Eps 16.66

So in last both qr , Jubilant Agri has done excellent.

I again write, those who can see the future will win in stock market.
Now it is just not foreseeing future will make u earn huge profit.
Foreseeing future at right time/price makes the difference, and that is what you all are seeing in my old calls.
Almost at the price from where the turn around happened one has been able to look at future.....from reading the announcement etc...
Now when one pick a stock at very nascent stage, at that stage, you can't pull out all your parameters and start measuring the stock with them . Like what is Cash Flow, what is EBDTIA, ROE, RONW, MOAT SWOAT, CAGR so on and so forth!!
When u pick a stock at very nascent stage, these all parameters are not there. They never will be there!!
And you pick from there! That is your acumen. That is your Art. You know the Art, as per Ramdev Agarwal..
And that is why you will never find any post with those parameters anytime. I have never used these parameters to pick a stock.
Just check any stock I discussed for 1st time or

High price stock also shows excellent performances, where there are all chances to become stagnant in sales and Np.
But they keep outperforming!!
