I've been sharing quite a few altcoin charts and setups but I just want to make it crystal clear that these setups require BTC to play ball and behave. They don't require BTC to be ripping to the upside 24/7 but they will require a general "up and to the right" motion or at the very least just consolidating sideways within the range. If BTC begins to roll over, these setups become VERY risky and likely will be invalidated. So just keep that in mind and be willing to pivot if we get poor conditions. This is the altcoin game.

$AGLD Long Idea based on a 3-month HTF reversal setup. Q1 of this year swept the low of Q4 of last year BUT then closed back within the Q4 range. Potential trade here is that Q1 low is protected and we see a displacement towards the highs of Q4 range. Although I am starting a position here - there might be the opportunity to either wait for lower prices to open a position or to add to existing and bring down average cost. A sweep of previous week lows (PWL) around .223 would have me paying attention.

Closing out this $AGLD trade here - I'm not liking the way its coming down off this last pump, especially if we suspect BTC could be going down for a bit.

I will revisit this after we get some clarity from BTC.
